1. The business

Owen Global Multibiz Services (“we”, “us”) is a business registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. We engage in wholesale and retail of goods, supermarket operations, general goods supply, and agriculture. These terms apply when you use this website, send an enquiry, accept a quotation, or pay for goods.

2. Goods we sell

We sell physical consumer goods, household merchandise, supermarket items, general merchandise, and agricultural produce as described on the Services page and on individual quotations. Descriptions on this website are general. The invoice or quotation controls the exact items, quantities, and prices for an order.

We do not sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods. We may refuse an order that we cannot fulfil lawfully or safely.

3. Quotations and orders

A quotation is an invitation to buy, not a standing offer, unless we say otherwise in writing. Prices may change with market conditions, especially for agricultural produce and wholesale lots. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing or when you pay the amount stated on the invoice, whichever happens first.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are typically quoted in Nigerian Naira unless we agree another currency. You must pay using Paystack or another method stated on the invoice. Payment is due as specified on the invoice. Title in the goods passes when we receive cleared funds, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Card and other online payments are processed by Paystack. Additional charges imposed by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery or collection terms, including location, timing, and any delivery fee, are stated on the quotation or invoice. Risk in the goods passes to you on collection or on delivery to the address you gave us. You must inspect goods on receipt and tell us promptly of shortage or visible damage. 6. International customers

If you buy from outside Nigeria, you are responsible for import rules, duties, taxes, and any extra shipping costs that apply in your country. We only ship or release goods after payment is confirmed, and only where we can do so lawfully.

7. Website use

This website is provided to describe our business and to receive enquiries. You must not misuse it, attempt to interfere with it, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

8. Liability

We supply goods with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Nigerian law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
